ICA is at the table speaking to the new attorney. I think there is a side bar. I am slow today. I think I am loosing IQ points listening to the defense.

OT, but man, I wish CNN wouldn't turn immediately to some high pitched congressman without warning. My ear drums are bleeding.

JA: spent three to four hours with each expert. need more time next week to continue. if defense wants days to look at motion and give a response. it is our intention based on what we know so far asking the court to prohibit mention of this evidence until trial we will file monday or tuesday. can argue on friday.

Sorry to quote myself but this is all I got about the heart shaped sticker. is this what the side bar was about? I think so and then the judge asked that the information be sealed until the trial.

I think the defense can still file a motion? On that I am confused.
 
In Sessions now reporting they think HHBP just revealed where the trial jurors will come from - and now the sidebar is sealed.
 
Jean C to Sunny Hostins on In Session - I think he told them where the jurors would come from and all of the other conversations he was talking about immediately afterward was related to this . . . (in my words)

I feel like we came back from noon recess and I stepped into a time warp - did not understand anything that went on. What happened to justifying the shrinks for the guilt phase, the heart sticker, the 200 + pics? Zoom to jury selection - huh?
 
My understanding on Wednesday was that both sides were ok with having His Honor rule on the sticker stuff based only on the written pleadings.

OK sleuths--based on what HHJP said today, where do you think they're heading for jury selection?
 
Can someone please explain to me what was meant by "voir dire real time transcripts" and the implication of this via AL ?:waitasec:

Well whatever it is they won't be using them - I thinks SOTS is pulling up some info for us.
 
:eek: Individual voir dire could take a long time. :sheesh: With the way JB talks, that could take months.

I thought he wasn't going to reveal that until a couple days before the jury selection date.?

justifying shrinks will be next fri due to them not finishing yesterday...

heart sticker, state-no objections, DT-no objections, whatever that means

I was distracted during the last part of the afternoon session, but did the judge say that the place of jury selection doesn't have as many news channels ? Maybe I heard wrong...
 
In Sessions is just a big ball of negativity....I'm about down with them.
