Wondering what part of the garbage caused the white powdery deposit on what would have been the weight bearing areas of the imaginary outline of a small child in fetal position?? Or did the size 2 bathing suit cause that mess?

By the time we get to trial...that bag of garbage will have morphed into a lawn size bag full of restaurant refuse and commercial swimming pool chemicals. They'll try to say everything and the kitchen sink was in that trunk EXCEPT a dead body.

Unless KC was moonlighting as a trash man.......puh-lease.

IIRC tonE was surprised about his garbage being in there...there was a theroy floating around she was tryng to figure out a way to camaflauge the smell.....

I'm so happy that Judge Perry isn't allowing the defense to go on and on and on about things today. Love that he jumps right in there and asks questions he wants answers to. Made things go by a lot faster!

DSimms: I have no issue until she starts talking. I cannot put my finger on the energy about her that causes disturbances in my energy...in the worst way.

JB: does not want the stain in the trunk mentioned. He said the fbi lab "created hysteria" by saying the stain looked like the outline of a child. He referenced it to: stigmata. :floorlaugh:

After listening to the garbage theory JB just approached. Is there a link anywhere, or testimony, as to what was in the bag? This would be the same bag (I assume) that was thrown into the dumpster at the tow lot.

I am now very curious to know if there was a rotting banana in there.

IMHO - this is the worst thing she can do. She needs to cry, tremble, shake at every mention of the word Caylee Marie Anthony. We've seen far too many cases where the defendant sits there motionless, only to be escorted to death row.

But hey, if that's what the DT wants her to do, have at it!

That will be the hardest thing for the defense to overcome at trial. Casey just can't grasp why or under what circumstances "normal" people display emotions. Unless the defense gives Casey a cue to indicate it's time for tears, we'll see them rarely and when we do it will be at an inappropriate time. They can dress her up in modest looking little outfits til the cows come home but if she can't show appropriate emotion, it will be a waste, a huge waste.
