I think Mr. Benedetto is just so happy to be on TV that he agreed to play the "other side"

I had to leave on Wed so I didn't get to watch all of the hearing but I was peeping in here and there while I was getting ready. Is this Mr. Benedetto the guy that was standing up with JB on Wed while he was up at the podium? It looked like this guy was just standing there but as I said I only caught glimpses. What was he doing? Was he really just standing up there watching JB?

I must say more than a few things in this case are consistent with bananas!

I'll never get Red Dwarf out of my brain now - episode where they are trying to get a robot to say a banana is an aardvark - trying to get the robot to go against it's programming. Off the wall but thanks for the laughs Baez.

JB made mention that he doesn't believe that the State is going to even mention the outline of Caylee in the trunk... I wonder if that is true?

JA quickly jumped up and acknowledged that was not true. Just another baez-ism. Fortunately, the judge is well aware.

Unless JB can describe the exact contents of the bag (which he hasn't) and why the bag would leave such a large stain (which he hasn't), his argument will be denied.

That was newly minted attorney William Slabaugh, and his sole purpose was to advance the PP slides. He was so motionless, I said it looked like he was trying out to be a Buckingham Palace guard...

Yes, I believe DSimms should stick with what' familiar to her, medical civil trials, at least there she has a larger scope and not under many restrictions as in a criminal trial...but I give her credit for tryin so valiantly....I also believe His Honor has already made up his mind about the hair with the PM banding since he keeps bringing the NY case, front and center...this is only a formality... I didn't quite catch the stigmata reference but it seems to exist...JMHO
