The pictures were not just released to the defense. They have had them so their "experts" could examine them. Remember JB needed them on a CD because his "experts" were technically challenged???

Talking to the tattoo shop owner, asked if he ever met a "nanny". He said no. I'm wondering how long KC was claiming Caylee was with a nanny. Wonder how long between the time she started using that line to June of '08 is. Maybe that would help identify how long she was using "chloroform".

I'm curious, if ICA was a regular (I've brought this up in other threads) does he mean, she came in regularly and just hung-out......in my world, a regular would indicate she gets ink done on a regular basis (yes, I'm an inked Gma Kat).........but I've seen no tats except her tribute to her beautiful life...........??? Anyone??

He worded it funny. By "she" he meant ICA. He was actually replying to her previous question about when ICA came in. He didn't know, she went on to ask when he last saw Caylee and he remembered ICA came in the day before she was caught. Which is the case. She came in to make an appointment the day before CA caught up with her.
