Danny Knight will be testifying; he said he already has his subpoena. When he tells the jury that Casey told him she didn't go on the PR trip because of Caylee ~ it will help the state build the case for motive. I know, I know. Motive is not required. But, imo, it sure helps the jury decide the truth of things. moo.

Did he call himself Danny Knight? The owner is Danny Colamarino. Of course, TLs roommate used a pseudonym but by now all the police interview are out there.

Just listen to Jean Casarez when she is on NG and then listen to her commentaries on In Sessions. It's like watching a different person. Oriented towards the Defense all the time on In Sessions, she minimizes the State's case at every opportunity. On NG she brings up all kinds of evidence against ICA.

I agree although she did make a mistake tonight when she said only one person saw the heart imprint as JB also stated.today...........JA spoke up to say another person also saw the imprint.

I'm curious, if ICA was a regular (I've brought this up in other threads) does he mean, she came in regularly and just hung-out......in my world, a regular would indicate she gets ink done on a regular basis (yes, I'm an inked Gma Kat).........but I've seen no tats except her tribute to her beautiful life...........??? He worded it funny. By "she" he meant ICA. He was actually replying to her previous question about when ICA came in. He didn't know, she went on to ask when he last saw Caylee and he remembered ICA came in the day before she was caught. Which is the case. She came in to make an appointment the day before CA caught up with her.

IMO a tattoo place is no place for a small child to be. If she brought her in to the tat place then that was irresponsible parenting. Jus sayin.
