Juror excused

He better use his strikes very carefully. He is going to run across much worse candidates, I think

I have served on a jury and during the selection, each side was given 3 strikes. After they questioned everyone and indicated who the 3 strikes would be, they went down the list and picked the first 12 that qualified. However, with that said, I was told that DP cases had unlimited strikes for both the defense and prosecution......does anyone know if that is true?

Mason has enough money to buy a decent hearing aid,I am sick of "I can't hear from CM" :maddening:

Perhaps someone can send him some Q-tips!

Guard behind KC chomping on gum.

I think it is safe to say that this trial is starting on time.

  • #666
CM is hoping the 89-year-old gets ill, causing the caregiver to create a disruption or discharge of the duty.

Sneaky

The Judge is just letting the DT know that it doesn't matter how long they stall, we will get thru this 110 people TODAY:great:

I actually had the insane hope they might pick a jury today. Now, I don't believe they will even get through the first 110.

juror 1232 - male (#3)

Casey has been covering her mouth with her hands all day. I think thats kinda new for her. That body language is insane. She is hiding her true self hiding a secret.

That's sociopath. It's all real now. There are too many people to watch and too many people to convince. She is backed into the corner with the angry mob hungry for justice and it is the first time she has ever not known how to act.

Mason can't hear, oh boy.

You know, he was told in open court over a month ago that "real time" would probably NOT be available.

Did he bother to upgrade his hearing aids? Nope.

If he is so deaf, he needs to recuse himself at this point. Or send his plain Jane legal assistant out to Walgreens to get that bunny eared device for old people to watch TV with so they don't have to blare out the speakers.

I guess CM wants to know about jurors having children, or not.

  • #678
This man is married, has children, says his wife can take care of kids. He works for St. Pete times.

  • #679
Works for a paper? STRIKE.

No question regarding impartiality?
