I hope Casey realizes the burden she is putting on these jurors to decide her guilt..

I'm guessing that's the furthest thing from her mind. Honestly when has Casey ever been able to put herself in another's shoes? She simply lacks any empathy for anyone.

I agree with you. I'm very surprised that people don't think that delaying someone's schooling for up to 5 months isn't a hardship.

Me, too. My daughter is in a nursing program right now, and it is a grueling schedule. I think it would be a hardship on her to leave right in the middle of it for a couple of months, (and is it just me, because I really believe this is going to be more than a 2 month trial) and then pick it back up without having her grades suffer, and she is a very smart girl.

Does anyone else think that CM was told to zip it and save his questions for later??

All of these jurors and their animals!

ICA is much less fidgety today. Is this because she has new people to be her audience? However, that look on her face tells all...

She'll go...this is only round one.

You can just bet the bank that the Defense will strike her..No way Jose do they want a young momma on that jury!! IMO

ok man has animals at home that will need care. That is his hardship - sounds retired - may be able to get his daughters to do this.

  • #1,574
Older man - pet owner - birds. No one to take care of them.

Up - nevermind - his daughter may be able to do it.

I just have to say... I love Chief Judge Belvin Perry Jr. !

He has such a kind voice to the potential jurors!!
And his laugh is the best :)

I hope so too but I don't think she will. She doesn't seem to think about anyone else's hardships.
