Oh Boy! The DT will want her. She can't "absorb" things. Trouble paying attention!

<covertly straightening my desk and removing post it notes>

Casey ears went up when this juror says it hits close to home because she has a niece with problems and Casey looked up at CM. This juror formed an opinion of GUILTY.

I've noticed this on several occasions when ICA doesn't particularly like a response. Her ears are very telling.

what I took from the lady who thought Casey was already guilty.... CM knows how to read people. he's good at sniffing out the ones who aren't being forthcoming and honest.

Cindy Anthony paying close attention at home to the medication talk. Trying to figure out how she can weave this into her next testimony!

1007 - woman

no hardship, does have to take medication, impacts memory - has trigeneral neuragal (sp) - doesn't know if it would impact trial - takes notes at work to remind her of things,

asked to return

I feel for her, I have gone through something similar, which is why I am disabled now, but she made me laugh when she described her desk!

If 12 potential jurors state they think she is guilty while being questioned, shouldn't that be good enough?

She has trigeminal neuralgia- has memory issues.

Ouch! That is painful! My aunt had that and pain meds didn't touch it. It's the narcotics that affect her memory, not her TN. My aunt wound up having brain surgery that did get rid of it. Yikes.

This is driving me crazy - not being able to hear anyone! I already have my volume up to 'FULL' - I'm sure the people in my office can hear HHJP!!! (but no one else).
