Lol, I can't help it. It tickles me every time the Judge asks, "Did you heed my admonition to not look into this case?" and the answer is, "No, I did not." and HHJP just goes on to the next thing.

I've heard a few potential jurors and it seems they have all talked to their employers and their family about hardships. That makes things easier. How are we doing otherwise? Too many pages to catch up right now? Are we making any headway?

I don't think anyone mentioned this, but way back earlier this morning, the guy who works with abused children, when he said he was getting married, Casey smiled. Twice.

He wants everyone who just doesn't want to be there as their reluctance maybe because they don't want to impose the DP and just maybe will bail for some reason at any point in the trial causing delays.

Luckily their jury selection strategy is plain for all to see, perhaps they should have used their jury selection expert.
