I thought a lot of this information was read at the end of trial as jury instruction.

You are correct. Judge prefaced this remark saying he would give them this information now and he usually give similar instructions at the end.

I LOVE how HHBP emphatically said "DO NOT...." while reading the rules to the jurors! So there is not a snowball's chance in hell that Mr. G did not understand the rules when he was charged with contempt!!!!

I think since Baez made such a big deal of "ethnicity", the Judge is giving it to him! Doesn't matter if the jurors are from a homeless shelter or not!!!
