Male juror: Slight inconvenience...not hardship. Only thing is he can't be in a stage show he's been working on being in taking place in 5 weeks. Yes, he could be replaced.

Good for the judge. His speech this morning seemed to really have affected the jurors' consciences.

3052: Hardship? No.

HHJP: any other reasons? any work, financial, family issues?

it would keep me from working on a stage show in a couple of weeks.

HHJP: would you be replaced?

I am sure they can find somebody.

HHJP: we will bring you back for a second round of questions.

Juror 3052: Male. No hardship. Would be a "slight inconvenience".

Someone *really* needs to talk to Casey about body language and how 90% of our communication is non verbal. Not that she'd listen.

Just noticed, CMason doesn't ask questions of male jurors just the females..It appears they want more males on this jury...

Another male juror, yes sir, it would be a hardship. Doesn't understand the question, English appears not to be his first language.

Interesting. Mason did not get up and question this MALE if he is certain he can be sequestered for 6-8 weeks.

This person will have language barrier. He doesn't understand what hardship is.

White man in his 70's. Spanish is his primary language.

Judge Perry is keeping this going along at a really good clip.

My take is that maybe they have no doubt that women will find this monster guilty. Men could be iffy.

More grooming.
