2011.05.11 Jury Selection Day Three

In talking about the demeanor at the defense table... does anyone else notice that is seems very uncomfortable? When ICA was staring over at JB - it was like she had daggers in her eyes, and he looked at her and upon looking away - he gave a very strange smirk! It's almost like a cat and mouse game.
It may be that ICA wanted to 'take control of JB - and is now receiving the cold shoulder treatment.

Yep, there's discord there...yesterday he told her to stop acting like a two year old...she holds grudges....I believe the honeymoom might be over...

I think the lady we've been seeing the past couple of days is a jury consultant. And if she is, maybe she advised ICA to 'soften' her look for court.

Ok, now that I think about it, maybe it's an attempt to hide her facial expressions.

Does anyone besides me notice how JB sits up there looking directly at the potential jurors... smiling at as many as he can catch their eyes. I'm sure it's something he should probably do, but he looks a bit foolish. IMO

Now beginning the information about the charges - the State has served notice they are seeking the death penalty. Now reading the inditement. Now explaining Grand Jury duties.
Charges are not proof of guilt. Must decide if guilt is proven.
