I love this girl. Anxiety yes harship no.

Poor lady! So stressed about her child!!!!!

Except: anyone called into jury duty should make arrangements for their child for that day. I'm glad she's excused, because I am not sure she is responsible enough and might have sympathy for ICA's "babysitting methods".

I think it is pretty intense for her to sit and listen to Judge P read the charges. He is great the way he reads them with emphasis upon Caylee Marie. I think the inmate had a panic attack because she is being forced to face the reality of the situation. imoo

First time I'm able to watch live with all of you... cool :)

I don't think CM wants this one on, did she say she was working at a child type of service (am I correct?)

Boy, this girl WANTS it! She'll be bounced tomorrow!

Oh my judge said is it delta? Hes giving delta a great plug!

WHY is Conway there? What a DISGRACE...another book or media deal? Unbelievable.

I've been thinking about Baez and his minority complaint while I was quick cleaning the bathroom. I don't think it would hold water really - if the county truly randomly pulls people per their drivers licenses then perhaps there were more minorities in the pool last week, or maybe next week. If it's that random then he should have no complaints to the court, it's not like the jury office said amongst themselves "hey next week Baez is going to be here, let's pick a bunch of retirees" just for spite to him.

HHJP: consult with your spouse. you will know tomorrow what time Friday to return.

3175 - woman

no hardship, 'thinks' they would pay, HHJP asks her to find out if they pay - if they don't can she still do it - she says yes,

CM: calendar (plans to go to Denver June 3-6 prepaid Southwest), car/car insurance/elec bill - how will she pay for those (sig other would pay), no kids, caretaker (no), pets (no)

asked to return

Hmm... Not sure about this lady. She has a trip planned in early June, would not cause a problem if she had to cancel and did not get her money back. She is going to check with Southwest to see if she can re-schedule.

Judge Perry really giving Delta kudos! :giggle:

I bet that bugs Casey that this girl is well provided for by her BF. That's just what Casey wanted.

She saw blood on her hands like Macbeth

I AGREE. I have said before that the way she plays around with her hands, and 'washes' them, and hides them in her sleeves is reminiscent of Macbeth. She is trying to 'hide the murder weapon' when she hides them. imoo

ETA: She is 'washing them' again as we speak.

Sounds like HHJP might have struck up an agreement with Delta Airlines that they will reschedule tickets for jurists at no cost. Fly Delta!!!

ICA did look very ashen. I'm not sure if it was real or fake. But she did look horrible when she came in.

Caylee looked worse I'm sure. :(

This is probably the only time I'll ever believe ICA, but if she was faking- she did a great job looking the part. She looked horrible going out & terrible coming in. The reason I don't think it was fake is because she wasn't 'primping' or concerned about her appearance (for the first 5 mins at least).

I don't think she was faking either. I truly believe she is scared poopless. This jury selection is her first taste of how real and serious her situation is.

And I can actually see a jury refuses to vote for death if she continues to perform in that manner. But no matter how she acts, I am 100% certain she will be found guilty of 1st degree murder. She may get life, though.

What the hello happened now? I just got home and HLN was saying ICA did not look good..took me forever to boot up my laptop. Did something else happen?

3174: Hardship? Yes it would. My husband has health issues. If we were separated it would be difficult. He has depression that is treated but when we were separated before it was difficult for him.

HHJP: In other words, based on his illness it would cause you serious concern and not be able to concentrate on your service.

It would be difficult.

HHJP: Step outside and we will be able to give you an answer. Excused.
