And I can actually see a jury refuses to vote for death if she continues to perform in that manner. But no matter how she acts, I am 100% certain she will be found guilty of 1st degree murder. She may get life, though.

I have faith in the judicial system and think the jurors will follow the jury instructions. When the jury sees what she has done, I think the DP will be well considered, and would not bet against it.

If it's true, it's simply another transparent ploy to delay the trial or delay testifying.

The last time he pulled that stunt was the original week before he was to do his depo for the civil case IIRC.

The hands are an interesting aspect - when you look at the way Caylee Marie may have been killed. Tape put around the mouth, possible asphyxiation, chloroform - all done with the hands. Can she not take looking at those hands anymore.

Just like the lights going out yesterday, maybe Caylee was once again in the courtroom.
