HHJP: How would you fair if gone for eight weeks and you are only compensated for three days.

We would not be able to pay our rent or car, any financial obligations.

Juror #3100: Male. Hardship- Job only pays for 3 days of jury duty. Income comes primarily from commission. Wife only works 2 days a week. Would effect his family horribly..wouldn't be able to pay rent, car payment, etc.

Excused for cause: financial hardship. No objections.

HHMP is trying to pick up the pace, and I think it's possible between this batch of POTs and another batch tomorrow morning, they might have enough POTs to go on to the next level of questions by tomorrow afternoon, and certainly by Friday morning. If they utilize Saturday and Monday.........I think they can be on schedule for the start of trial on Tuesday.
