IIRC, the Judge is having going to check to see how many people within the homeless shelter has a valid driver's license. I am not exactly sure when these people will be interviewed by the court.

I wonder if there has been an influx of homeless people in the past 24 hours...lol. Just sayin'

ICA is sitting at the table with the dark haired woman. She looks like a third grader being shown how to do homework.

Watch as ICA becomes what the defense is saying about her...she is acting more and more "innocent" and frail. IMHO.

Just from what we think Jose wants us to buy, it is the story of horrible abuse at the hands of George and Cindy, so bad that it made Casey have and keep a baby she did not want...she was molested...she could not tell anyone...

these stories end up with a person who beat the odds, not someone who is on trial for the murder of her daughter. It does not fit. Someone help me with this...

I hate to see evil being made out to be innocent. That is evil making. Isn't it? That is exactly what evil is. It is not a person, people probably aren't all good or all bad...but evil is what evil DOES. And I believe I am watching evil in action. We all are. That is why it is so difficult and why we have to walk away every once in a while...

IMHO.

No problems in school until the last year,right?

some of my kids had birth moms who drank excessively and we have seen the results. Impulsive behavior from frontal lobe development issues,but you would see that throughout childhood. Bigtime school issues and social problems.Low IQ,but not necessarily MR.

IIRC, HHJS had KC examined very early on. No issues that we know of, certainly none that caused the defense to seek an insanity plea.

There's a description for her brain dysfunction, though it's not clinical-Spoiled, entitled, never told to get off her arse, didn't want to be a mom, resentful, narcissistic, trampy murderer.
Wait wait. Leave out the trampy part, lest the defense goes and finds the tree-hugger lady that educated us in how we always convict loose girls.

Your not salty at all. We ALL are. Nearly 3 years and it is still going to take forever.

Let us all keep in mind, there is only 1 shot at this. It must be done correctly. (Unless some complications arise, which they will, but not enough to stop this trial and begin again, I beg......)
