Talking about Rosalie Bolin- she is not a lawyer, she is a mitigation specialist- she left her husband and children for Ray Bolin, serial killer. Talking about his vicious murders.
She lost her job because of her relationship with him..

And she well deserved to. Obviously Rosalie doesn't think with a normal brain. Maybe they are hoping she and Casey will have something in common.

And who can be called to testify that it is true, that they have a LOT of past knowledge of KC and the abuse happening?

perhaps SA will want to put together the entire peace of the carpet or trunk liner and have to open the can's to do that :biggrin: and then ask the jury to look at the liner back in to the trunk of the car to see the evidence at the crime scene of the trunk.... to get an idea of how the SA will say Caylee's body was placed in that trunk :innocent:

Court is done for today. The lady was a keeper. The next guy had a note from work that he would not be paid, so he took about a minute. I hope he was nervous speech guy.

If the Lady in Red was married to a serial killer, isn't that a very odd person to have on a defense team? You would think they would stay miles away from a person connected with a murderer at all costs. Now that she is fast and furious friends with KC, I would think that she has an affinity for this type of person.

I am in awe of those of you who watched the entire thing, or most of it today. I just couldn't do it. Had to get my baby from daycare, and his screaming for a Crunch bar was music to my ears after listening to the first guy getting grilled for hours. NG says there is absolutely NO reason the Jury cannot smell the car.

Ex-Peterson Juror on NG- says it doesn't much matter who (if anyone) abused her, the 2 year old did not, so she had no right to take it out on her..
