I wonder if anyone can sue the Anthonys. They made enough comments about others, some of them on national tv. Naw! I doubt anyone else would be anxious to sue, considering the circumstances. Some people are nice like that.

I didn't care for Conway much, but the guy is in a wheelchair, plus wasn't he in bankruptcy recently? I may be remembering that wrong. He took them on pro bono, and sat by them when they acted downright ignorant during those civil depos. They should just leave him alone for pete's sake.

Conway's payday has arrived. I bet you that makes them insanely envious. And just like the mafia or street gangs, you can never really leave the 'family' without major repercussions. IMO.

I have heard nothing from Brad Conway that we have not heard or read ourselves during this whole thing.

What am I missing here? Are the Anthony's mad because he has repeated things about them from discovery? Did he mention that they were abusive parents like Casey's own attorney threw out as a mitigating factor on Thursday?

Whenever you have to deal with people that are so dysfunctional the sad truth of the matter is that unless you are within the dynamic of dysfunction you are seen as expendible and/or a non entity. Mr. Conway is yet more collateral damage. JMHO.

I don't see that they will win this case but they sure will make him pay for any percieved betrayals-percieved by them and not necessarily accurate. Through the looking glass darkly is the way to see their point of view IMHO.

Maybe George and Cindy are after another payday too, I imagine they would like to pay their current lawyer and keep their mortgage up to date a nice fat settlement would be useful about now.

I wonder what kind of "bull" they fed their latest attorney ? Lippman knows that he is the Anthony's 3rd attorney in less than 3 years ... that right there says "something" about the Anthony's "credibility" !

So ... I would guess that Lippman is doing this for the publicity, which is so sad, because LOST in all this "family drama", and now the Anthony's "attorney drama", is Caylee -- the ONE and ONLY VICTIM here ! The A's "drama" makes me absolutely furious !

CA and GA have only THEMSELVES to blame for all the "media publicity" they received. The Anthony's "threw" themselves" at the media ... and good grief -- look at their behavior and their inconsistent and absolutely unbelievable statements ! The Anthony's "behavior" reminds me of the behavior of those that you see in a "reality TV shows" ... seriously !

The Anthony's just need to "face reality" and "grow up" ... they need to recognize that this is not about them ...

It's about an innocent adorable child named Caylee who was murdered in cold blood by her mother !

I am totally disgusted about this "threat" by the Anthony's to sue Brad Conway. Brad was with them during the most difficult times of their lives when Caylee was found as well as having to sit with them through the civil depositions. I have always found Brad to be very professional through his term with the Anthony's and now he has to deal with "threats" to sue him. :furious:

These people have bigger things to worry about...BC didn't give any client/attorney privledges that he had leaked..he as the other attorney's have done, are commenting about this dyfunctional family as a bargaining chip to save a life...they truly have bigger things to worry about like being the cause of Caylee's demise? How sick and disturbing would that be to see after ICA just threw him under the bus and ran back and forth over him and he is still on her side! So twisted I don't want my brain to go there and then maybe (can't believe I am even saying this) that ICA is telling the truth they messed her up badly. Still no excuse for killing Caylee!

Wow - shades of Billie Jean Dunn and Naomi's mother. Let's sue the pants off anyone who says anything deragatory on FB or in the media. What about the children here? Shouldn't the focus be on making sure there is justice for Caylee Marie? I think they're just PO'd because JB is going to blame G&C for ICA actions. So why not sue Baez?

I think BC was more than respectful and helpful in their time of grief. But just like Tim Miller, Cindy has decided that he's her next target.
