This is crazy. Akin to lying tied to the railroad track while a train is coming and saying, "I wish to file charges against my neighbor. He's let his grass grow too high. Against city ordinances."

Don't they have anything more important to worry about?

As for Conway, I don't think he was ever in a position of being a potential witness - he saw an opportunity to bail, and he was outta there.

I can tell you as an attorney myself that most attorneys will throw themselves in to the middle of this circus just for the publicity, you cant buy the sort of advertising that Nancy Grace gives the players in this case, every night for nothing, win or lose every attorney involved in this case will come out a celebrity and their careers better off then before. Its just the way it works.


I do wonder where all this money to defend her and sue this guy or that guy is coming from but my best guess is that most of these lawyers are just doing it for the publicity their firms and their name will get by being a player involved in this whole dog and pony show.

Do you think in the Zenaida Gonzalez defamation suit against Casey, did John Morgan file suit just for publicity? I cannot believe that Zenaida Gonzales had the money to sue for defamation. On the other hand I don't see why Zenaida Gonzalez would sue because I don't see how she can win anything off an indigent person such as Casey?

She can write one, can't profit if someone puts in a claim so she can keep the money if there is a judgment against her. No one thought she could make money off her victum but she did. jmo

Well I really don't think she want to give her defense away at this point so if she could sell the pictures, she could probably write her story but I'm sure JB has advised her against it. Not really sure she could do it but I don't think it's a good idea before the trial. jmo

Gee, I have read through this whole thread and realized that I am the only one who thinks Mr. Conway should put a cork in it, and fast.


Here is some of what he said last week:

From his dealings with the Anthony family, Conway said he had no doubt they are a normal family and he didn’t think anything Casey will say about abuse will stand up.

“But she’s the only one who can do that. They’re not going to verify that,” Conway said. “The jury will have to decide who’s lying and who’s telling the truth.”

I don't see how BC can make these statements without basing his opinion in whole or in part on conversations with the Anthonys that were covered by the attorney-client privilege. His "dealings" with the family. What they will or will not verify.

This case seems to bring out the worst in everyone.

I don't think they have a civil basis for a suit, unless it is in the form of an injunction. But I do believe they have a basis for a bar complaint (which I will be addressing in my next blog.)

And after. The laws have changed. 1991 Son of Sam declared unconstitutional. Each state handles it differently. Victums can go after the responsible person for any assets and in alot of states it is done through the "Victum's Fund". jmo

I am not a diagnostician, neither have I ever met Cindy Anthony in person, but it is worth noting here that any kind of perceived abandonment generally throws a Borderline Personality afflicted person into a crisis. Usually, the crisis can be seen by either suicidal/depressive behaviors OR rage off the top of the charts. Many of Cindy Anthony's behaviors seem veeewwwy similar to BPD.

I vote for rage off the top of the charts here.

So...not really sure where to post this. Been seeing around the web today that George and Cindy are totally behind the defense team's tactic to blame them. That they are in cahoots with this? Is that why they are so quiet?

If this is true... well I don't really want to say what I think (in the event it is not true).

Also, I can't believe they are letting their daughter go thru the jury selection process alone, since at least Cindy has been in court everytime in Orlando.

What so called supportive parent would not be there for an "innocent" daughter who has to endure those horrific charges being read over and over, listen to one potential juror opine that she is guilty repeatedly and watch her as she sits their either in heightened anxiety or drug induced stupor?

(I could not bear to see anyone of my children in this situation, nor could I not be there for them. No matter what, I am a mother).

I think they have had a tiff with everyone around them..I am not good at expressing myself but I do believe they are ticked at B.C. because he left the
cat out of the bag.He worked with them and no doubt has a good idea from whence he speaks. All this coming out now,everyone talking about it.When they bring it up in Court I dont think people will put much credence in it.

I actually detect a little jealously on the part of the Anthonys. Brad is out there making $$$, and they're not.
Which is really bratty, BTW. GA could be a police chief by now and CA could be making fantastic money as a nurse, if they had made proper choices in their lives. It's pretty lame that they envoke the Lord so often, yet they love to COVET, COVET, COVET, all day long.

ETA-I always wondered if BC helped them make their mortgage. It would not surprise me if he did and they still bit him in the butt.
