I confess, I decided KC was guilty after learning of the 31 days. I knew nothing else about this case at the time. I'd make a terrible juror, seriously.

Well count me as guilty too! However, I would probably be like come of these people coming in, and say what they want because I would want to make sure she is put away/laid away for life!!! (So, I guess im a terrible person!):twocents:

Previous Juror- draws long term disability but likes to kayak. Yep I think I question his honesty. IMO

Drawing long term disability does not make you an invalid. My hubby draws LTD and leads a productive life. He is just limited to what he can do. He could kayak if he chose to.

HHJP says if the facts and circumstances of this case warrant a sentence of death, could you vote for that penalty? Crickets.

The time limit is only for the general questions. They still have unlimited time for publicity and death penalty.

Juror COULD consider imposing the DP if he believed the facts and circumstances under the law warranted it. Same with LWOP.

Long pauses, seems to definitely consider how he feels about the DP.

The more they question him on the DP the more confusing answers we're going to get. He's against it. Should be the end of questioning. Move along...
