I'm shocked at how many of these pj's don't pay attention to news! Maybe I am a new junkie I suppose.

I rarely paid attention to news (except locally, when it involved a kid) until 9/11.

After that - it's about all I watch. One has to know what's going on in the world.

I chalk it up to old age, lol.

Wow, people have totally opposite opinions on this juror...

I don't like her. I think forensic evidence would be way over her head. I also think that she won't give expert testimony weight over a regular citizen witness. Me personally would give somebody like Yuri more weight than the Anthony family.

I agree. I think she will have a hard time with the forensics. I hope she can follow it, but she seems easily confused. imoo

DT objects because women is an african american
HHJP is not allowing state to use its challenge as other jurors answered oddly, and once question was clarified, pj answered acceptably.

HHJP: sitting in judgement is the ground stated. but she said once she got the evidence she could. many people have misunderstood. Mr. Baez asked about LE and told them they should be treated like everyone else, he was there. Fl supreme court consider all of those factors and her questioning was not that indepth. this juror was only given a short period of time. I find that to be...

JA: is the court finding that my case is not genuine. I will not argue with you bring the juror back in.

Your Honor...may I apologize (because I know the DT never will) for a jurors race being bandied about like a sound bite with no regard for relativity to the case and demonstrative of clear racial preferences by the DT.

The state doesn't want her.

She's going to hear copious amounts of and complicated testimony. I don't blame them.
