No, he was asking about the next one up. She stated previously she wasn't sure she could make a death penalty decision. He wants to cover that first in case she's not qualified to serve, not everyone else. Although I think they should do it with everyone.

OK. I am going to have to resign my membership here. I am not smart enough to hang with you guys. I have been "reading" that the pool was full...FULL...of POT jurors. I thought you all were so smart to pick up on the fact that there was a fully polluted, pot-smoking pool called for jury duty. No..I knew that PJ meant potential juror. I thought the PJ's were mostly pot-smokers. so sorry.....not smart enough to hang here!!!!!!!!!!!!!

if it helps I keep thinking "pot" smokers...and the "PJ"---thinking jamies.....

Thank you. I actually wondered about that, but then I'm not so certain that she can think outside herself to imagine how different she could have been, had she made better choices. ICA seems (IMHO) to be narcissism personified. Do narcissists actually evaluate their own past choices, or are they just focused on the "here and now", for what feels good NOW?

A narcissist focuses on themselves at all times, but I think that she focuses on what feels good at the moment. I mean, she never did show any emotion about Caylee, but she did herself. Speaks volumes of her personality disorder if ya ask me!

No problem - it is easy to get confused - that's one of the reasons we started using the longer names - for respect in the case of His Honor HHJP and in the case of Ms Anthony, to remind ourselves of who she really is - Inmate Casey Anthony - ICA.

Not so sure DT will want this juror, nor any juror with a medical background or training (let alone common sensical abiity)...I'll just betcha they will strike her. I tend to think they want people who have no idea what chloroform is, let alone decomp odor, not to mention responsibiity...Yikes, Its going to be hard for them to accept any normal responsibile citizen giving that scenerio..:floorlaugh:
