I am a bit nervous about this last juror as well. Something was off. Maybe she was hiding something, like how much she really knew. IDK
But she seemed to really really want to be on the jury, badly. So that makes me nervous.

I understand her curiosity.

When a case grabs my attention I head to websleuths to fulfill my curiosity..jury duty would fill her curiosity.

I personally don't think anything is off, she's just now very curious. And if she is dismissed, I give her 1 week to be as updated on this case as we all are.

Judge: Issue they're trying to resolve is whether or not a potential juror can be asked if they could consider mercy.

Yes, it has - we are bustling along. Except for the first retired guy who had a DUI in his background and didn't know that made him a criminal, he does crime reviews from time to time and has a bit of crime memorabilia.
Baez tried to get him chucked for cause, HHJP denied the motion, the Defense had to use one of their strikes and well played by the State.

But I liked him and was hoping for a date...:great:

I had to run out when the woman was on and she basically didn't know anything about the case, is she in or out?


I also heard on the tail-end that the potential juror with the mugshot was released; is that true?
