I got the impression she is one the DT wants. Sounds like the type who would be sympathetic to CA & GA for losing a grand-daughter, and now would not want them to lose a daughter, too. JMO, but I would have liked to see the State toss her.

She definitely has an agenda for being there, and I think it's for the defense.

I was getting worried last night. Thinking that I believe GA and CA are really awful parents and in that case KC is right. However - I think they raised a sociopath and that KC is the only one to blame for what happened to Caylee. Like many of you know I had my son at 15 and my parents were busy with affairs etc. I had a very difficult upbringing in the most dangerous neighborhood in Brooklyn NY.

But I love my son and nothing my parents coudl do to me would change that.

I am worried that the jury will not see this as I do and she will get a lesser charge than she deserves. MO

I have a silly question. When the judge says sustained when prosecution objects does that mean he is for the projection not allowing the question to be answered.

When he sustains an objection he is agreeing with whoever made it...

We have 5. Judge says we WILL have 12 tonight. I am guessing 8 alternates Monday trial on Tuesday as planned!

What is beyond me is why the DT would expect anyone to believe ICA now without direct proof of some sort? Jeez, according to friends she lies about everything.

It doesn't matter to me if she was actualy sexually abused or not, so for now...I'll give her the benefit of the doubt and say sure, she probably was sexually abused. So what? I feel bad for her, it should have never happened and yes, if George and Cindy knew about it and did nothing, they certainly failed her. But ONE in FOUR girls experienece sexual abuse before reaching adulthood and sadly many parents know and do nothing. We don't have mountain high piles of dead two year olds stuffed in GARBAGE BAGS and dumped like TRASH

I think she brings support to both sides. Working in a crisis center could be beneficial during jury discussions, AND for SA side the dog. She's perfect. jmo

I'm very excited that this will be going on tomorrow too, when I can give it my full attention and not have to bother with work! Grr!! Does anyone know if it will be televised tomorrow or are we stuck watching it on the puter via live streams?

ICA not looking as good today as yesterday...

Looks like ICA gets really pretty upset every time there is a break and she has to go back into the holding area. I believe every time she goes back there she has to be patted down again...can you just imagine having that happen several times a day...:floorlaugh:
I'm sure she is so frustrated she can hardly schwallow! :crazy:
