I had half an ear to this most recent juror but I liked him. What's general consensus here?

Who will give a victim impact statement for baby Caylee?

Cindy has been whining her "impact statement" for the last 3 years. IF she did an impact statement it wold be "I lost weight. I couldn't eat. Our yard was trampled. We had no privacy! We had to go on a cruise just to "get away"!"

It will all be self-centered. Bet Lee does one too. None of Ant's will truly be doing impact statement that will make Casey "look bad".

Great - juror with food poisoning.....I don't think it's food poisoning its from having to listen to the DT.

I wonder how their court staff felt when they were notified what this week and next would entail. I wonder if Scrappy knew she'd be on tv so much and if she goes home at night and looks at how she does.

I say it almost every day but I'm always amazed at the pigsty of the defense table compared to the neatness of the SA's. PIGSTY I tell you.

I like him. Good for prosecution. Seems very straightforward. I bet DT uses a strike on him for sure.

If Cindy and George are finally steered away from the yellow brick road

My apologies...I misunderstood...
Let me rephrase that...I misunderstood...
I was thinking along the lines of saving Casey....

In regards to Caylee...they may say something but It will be carefully drafted so they will be shown to love Casey and don't want her to die...they have lost Caylee and do not want to lose Casey.

Hmmm, I wonder how CA and GA's Victim Impact Statement (VIS) would read out. Usually a VIS's are highly emotional, gut wrenching, moments in time when direct family members get to have their say about the defendant during the penalty phase.

How can these parents, after siding with this "allegedly" murderous mother/daughter, but still have be able to convey their hurt at Caylee's loss. Who will stand up for Caylee because, IMHO, it will and can never be Casey's parents.

Too bad they can't find the father of sweet caylee......he could relate how she was robbed of a life and a father!!! :banghead:

Would you speak to the media - I would rather not. Where did you work? Been retired for less than a year. Did irrigation at Universities, also worked concessions. For nine years. Do you have children, One - Daughter - 29 lives in Columbus, Ohio. Raised in Huntington W. Virgnnia. Do you see your daughter often - maybe too often. Think she likes the weather. I got her when she was nine years old. When did she move out of home. She was 20. Working and school. did you daughter move back in the house. When she was 24 or 25. Stayed here for an extended time. Going to Ohio State - could be a life time student (laugh) Hasn't graduated yet. Brothers/Sisters? Sister.
