Nooooo!!!!! Not at the beginning!

AF - would you consider lack of maturity as a mitigating factor?
PJ - no
How mature are they going to say KC is? Does she have the mind of a five year old or something?

  • #683
She is starting at the begining, OH NO! Time to wash the floor.....

  • #684
#1 - she dropped out of high school without graduating when she was one credit away from graduating
#2 - she was not a good student - maybe a mediocre student
#3 - she was not a good employee - that would require having a job.

Maybe she pretended to be a good employee. :waitasec:

NOOOOOOO!! AF is starting over!! :banghead:

  • #686
PJ can now consider abuse, lack of maturity, age as a mitigating factor.

  • #687
The beginning!!!!??? :banghead:

:truce:

  • #688
Oh, fgs, SUMMARIZE this AF!

  • #689
Right-O.

*taps mute*

  • #690
she needs to knock it off right now.. he still does not understand

  • #691
Is it just me, or is Ms Finnell asking the same questions, over and over?

After at least 30 minutes of questioning just by her she said, "I don't remember where we were, so I'm just going to start at the beginning." Same questions. Again.

Lack of impulse control? That's a new one.

  • #693
Lack of brain development? Casey?

  • #694
I guess the word AF should emphasize is "Consider"

  • #695
Nice every does not believe employment is a factor - now I think he understands!

  • #696
My personal opinion:

I could consider any and all mitigating circumstances as long as they were proven to be true, it just may not have any bearing on my opinion.

  • #697
I agree with him. I don't see what being a good employee would have to do with this case.

  • #698
I am soooo tired of hearing about "BRAIN DEVELOPMENT"!!!

  • #699
There she goes again with employment history. Does she know Casey's employment history?

  • #700
