I just had chicken noodle soup for AF and a toasty on the outside/melty goodness on the inside grilled cheese in honor of HHBP "the Big Cheese" in this courtroom.

My guess is medication. Especially Saturday - she was glazed over. They seem to wear off as the day goes on. Should get fidgety again about 3:30 EDT.

You know it's not that easy to get anti-anxiety meds in jail. It has to be an emergency situation or an on-going, daily prescription and that would only be if the inmate showed some sort of chronic panic disorder. The DT can't just say, 'Hey, let's medicate her." And casey can't say, "I feel nervous, can I get a pill?"

All these people dont watch the news? Seems weird.

Some of them are young and that's normal for young people.

I don't have him on my list anywhere either!!!!!!!!! I wrote them all down..just finished looking 4 times one by one.

Maybe he's one of the ones we missed earlier! I think there were four!

Lichtenstein sayz 45 clean cut salt and pepper hair shirt and tie looks like acct.

I still think they are getting too many men on the jury & too many young men. They may tend to feel sorry for KC and also may have more liberal opinions about her out dancing & partying etc..

Yes, and no. I think the latest young man was a good choice. He obviously has goals and works hard, yet lives with his dad. He's also in the medical field, and I think that's going to be a big evidenciary (sp?) aspect of this case.

The little bottles of hand sanitizers we have in Canada are rubbing alcohol based - there is a bit of something to try to change the smell, but they are hospital approved and clearly smell that way.

Everyone who enters a hospital in our city must use this hand cleaner before entering to visit a patient. We are very afraid and cautious about the superbugs ....

I've been to Ottawa and Toronto a lot in the past few years,,,hand sanitizer dispensers in many public places..and definitely in all the hospitals I've been in.

Must be in the minority....my 3 sons, all in their 20's DO pay attention to the news. I would be appalled if they didn't! 2 of them have friends in the service. The LEAST they can do be informed about what is going on in the world. <rant over>

I'm not too worried about the young men on the potential jury list. I think once the evidence is presented that it will speak for itself. They will look to their relationships with their own Mothers and their friends that are Mothers. They will not comprehend how a Mother could act the way she did when they have a child missing. Not gonna happen, pure and simple. MHO.

DCS busy on the laptop...wonder what she's reading?

And I am laughing at how she keeps it at a 90 degree angle. :loser:

FGS they've cleared the 2 rows behind the DT because they are so paranoid! :loser:

Doesn't she know the "viewer at home" now can get a better look at her screen than any person sitting behind her, lol? :great:

Listens to only sports related talk radio.,....how do these people handle the no news life?

I think the younger generation relies on someone - a relative, friend, or co-worker telling them any news they need to know. They tune out the day-to-day stuff as they're immersed in their own interests.....work, family, and hobbies/interests.

I love when Judge Perry does the "weighing" motion with his hands. lol

I too am baffled when people don't follow news.

It drives DH nuts when I follow the case but I start my morning and end my day with a review of world events and local news. I don't read every story but want to remain connected to what's happening.
