He is BOTH Rude and Condescending.......I really thought he'd be personable and charming when he got in front of PJ's ........ he's just an old curmudgeon who is absolutely consumed by his high opinion of himself!

Is this guy a black guy? I think I detect a slight, southern black accent. And I agree, I like him for this case. I don't think the defense will like him which would be ironic if he was a black guy since they seem to think black people cannot think for themselves and must be pro-defense.

I agree. I think they're going to try to make a big deal out of his "mis truth" on the DUI and that he "thinks" he can be impartial.

DUI is considered a crime IF you are found guilty..but this man wasnt...of course this accusation was back in the '90's and he was living in Virgina (not Florida) at the time...Just saying :innocent:
