Can the SA still use a PC on the african american woman that did not want to sit in judgment of anyone? Or is that a done deal? I have never heard of a peremtory challenge being overruled. I know they used Batson for the cause strike, but shouldn't the SA have another bite?

My opinion is they should ask judge to reconsider and allow strike for that PJ
