Headphones off, can you all who are listening to AF post what the PJ says he is on her DP scale. lol

He tips to the side of "for".

me too... I'm 26 and have followed the news for years and years.

DH and I are polar opposites. He could care a less about what happens in the world (I had to tell him about Bin-Laden). But heaven forbid he misses something that's going on in the World of Warcraft world. And he's 44.

He knows I follow a lot of cases closely, but never gets interested in the details. Maybe it's a guy thang?

If he were to be asked to sit on this jury, he would be absolutely clueless!

Boy do I feel bad for AF. I get like that and I head out the door to go home and sleep. I can't imagine being in that Courtroom for that many hours and being that miserable from a cold. Kudos to her for sticking it out.

I can't listen either, it's making me gag. I am not a fan of phlegm.

His job would tend to lead me to believe he is pro DP and pro prosecution..no always but most are generally very conservative minded.

Yes, men might have a loose opinion of dancing and partying but I don't think men even young men will approve of that type of behavior if she has a young child she should be caring for.

Even many of Casey's young male friends would always ask about Caylee and where she was if they didn't see her with Casey. Men have paternal instincts as well and know the difference between right and wrong behavior for parents.

Exactly! Even her male friends who knew and liked her before any of this happened are sickened and admit the evidence points to her guilt. (e.g., Dante who posts here occassionally.)

yea, my BF is the same way when it comes to these cases. he follows the news while he's at work because they have 2 TV's in their work area so he sometimes sees breaking news before I do. but he's not too into cases or legal stuff like I am.

I like this guy.

This guy is good.

Not a smart move to plant the seed of age as a mitigating factor IMO.
Yes, before considering the dealth penalty jurors may think: "this lady is young..." but then the thought process that will likely immediately follow is; "Caylee was her 2 year old daughter."

I think it's so hard to say even if someone is conservative or not...I consider myself conservative and lean more towards anti-death penalty...or at least it takes A LOT for me to believe it's the right choice. Not trying to argue, just pointing out how it can vary vastly.

mercy always throws the pj off why oh why does she do that.

To throw them off.

I don't wish sickness on anyone, even the DT, however MERCIFULLY for us, AF's cold has shortened her questioning about 50 minutes on average per juror today. :rocker:

Flush out a few areas??

wonder what is up their sleeve about the victim impact statement?? Why is this so important to the DT??
