Can the judge just preempt the questioning here?

Honestly there is no reason this PJ shouldn't be dismissed for cause.

Bye-Bye....see ya...innocence project....

Server has been really glitchy trying to reload . . .

Oh no...! not this PJ! I think she would be a HUGE mistake! Bossy, pushy, gossipy, will not get along well with other jurors who don't defer to her....just my opinion, of course.

Okay...this lady sounds nice...but she's gotta go.
Don't drag this one out....Excuse her now.

PJ: "I know that if someone in authority says that something happened, there is nothing you can do about it"

Edited to correct my spelling and grammar, sorry, typing to fast. :)

Omg this woman is wasting so much of the courts time. Sounds like she is trying her own case here. lol

Uh oh. Problems with authority / false accusations.

What do you want to bet Mason will try to hit on her when it's his turn? LOL!

Wow 567 Uses on the thread

PJ says ICA was using something to put the baby asleep and it went too far. Doesn't know for sure if that was her opinion or that she heard someone on TV say it. Seems to be her impression though.......because she doesn't know what crime that would be - giving the child something to sleep and it went too far.

Seems quite familiar with Project Innocence. Talking about a prisoner that was let go after spending 25 yrs in prison and then was found innocent. He was a musician.

Now saying she doesn't recognize attys "individually", just that attys were on TV. The fella with the beard looks familiar from television.

I think this lady is a big-time news follower. I would not think the DT would want her.

She was a teacher for 19 yrs....an asst principal was the shotgun type, she had people in her sights, they upped her caseload from 50 to 120. Union told her not to work extra, she kept telling them she needed help. She was accused of going to asst principal office and hiding a folder in her file drawers. Just because someone said it she was falsely accused and everyone believed it because they heard it. She relates her experience to the Project Innocence.

No questions from DT regarding exposure.
