Does my memory serve me correctly, that HHJP kept the woman that hasn't been away from her hubby in 42 years and said she'd need meds?? Has she been interviewed a second time if so? TIA.
OT: FWIW I think the only thing that the Senate and the House accomplished within the past year on a Bi-partisan level was to vote to force commercials to not blast out the volume on the tv anymore . . . I don't remember the date this law goes into effect.
Back to topic: In Session is currently interviewing a Law Professor whom I find extremely interesting and she appears to have a good grasp on this case.
IDK about in Florida, but in this state he could. I doubt he would. He is pro-DP, he may see this as a case that DP is proper. They were better off with Judge S, he may have left it at LWOP.
I don't see the jurors giving her DP though, especially 2 that seem to be more followers than thinkers.
OT.....I am having a California pizza Kitchen white pizza for lunch. Jealous?
Just couldn't do the buffet today.

That's exactly what I was wondering, if this jury votes Life, could he still give her the DP? This jury is going to be interesting - Thank goodness we have JA and LDB to lead them to Justice for Caylee!
I think we should all go for a walk on Clearwater Beach to stretch our weary bones and to clear our JB muddeled brains.. ( That man drives me nutz )
I don't know about y'all but my butt gets tired from all the sitting..
I thought of that yesterday - does she HAVE to sit right next ti ICA/ ICA keeps trying to yak at her - I'm suspicious she's trying to catch AF's illness.
.
It seems the defence does not want anyone sitting on the jury who is educated, ..they seem to want jurors who are inclined to listen to testimony with emotion, rather then facts.
Where as the prosecution want jurors who will think rationally, and use science to factor in their decision making.
The elderly lady from last week has me very concerned. Her lack of socialism may cause her to want to strike out at the rest of the jury panel and simply be difficult because she seems to have a lack of trust towards others.
I do hope the prosecution is still able to strike her, due to lack of understanding the complex testimony she is about to hear from witnesses, law enforcement, scientists. etc.
MOO
The CALM Act was signed into law on Sept 29, 2010 and is expected to be implemented with the year.......per Wikipedia.
and she was a great interview............to keep this OT
