Not being picky but it was Cindy Anthony and Jose Baez and their huge mouths encouraging everyone to look for a "live" Caylee that most everyone else knew/suspected was dead that did this.

Biggest mistake to date has been Not issuing and enforcing a GAG order.....Judge Strickland (whom I love) missed that boat.

:clap::clap::clap:

:Welcome1:

IMO..The DT does NOT want to seat a Jury..they DO NOT want this trial to start..and they will use every available excuse, trickery, to DELAY the start of this trial..
IMO..we will see more motions filed concerning jury selection, location of jury selection...and they will target JBP
:twocents:

nevertheless. all that will be for naught.

casey jordan (IS TH's) just loves JB

not so fond of HHJP

blames this mess on HHJP

Yeah, that was a long and strange hearing, I saw it again about a month ago and did wonder at the time why he didn't - never did understand why the state lost that one.

OK, it's obvious we don't have any southerners on the board or in the media! He said grits for a gristmill! (In his lovely southern speech I love)

Grits is a type of maize porridge and a food common in the Southern United States consisting of coarsely ground corn, traditionally by a stone mill. The results are passed through screens, with the finer part being corn meal, and the coarser being grits.

Many communities in the South had a gristmill until the mid-20th century, with families bringing their own corn to be ground, and the miller retaining a portion of the corn for his fee. Grits aficionados still prefer stone ground grits, although modern milling tends to prefer faster methods.

I'm from the south and I HATE grits! Unless it is at 3:00 a.m. at a Waffle House. Oh, you northern people don't have Waffle Houses, do you? That's the usually the only place open at 3:00 a.m. when you are trying to ... get something on your stomach after a night of partying!

There are 3 people to blame for this long process and cost and they are JB, CA, and GA

:rocker: I agree.

JB, as well as the "Revolving Door Defense Team", has tried EVERYTHING and ANYTHING to delay this trial !

And CA and GA are just as responsible with all the "shenanigans" and "games" they played with LE, the court, attorneys ... !

I feel so sorry for Judge Perry ... he is doing his "best" to make sure this "child murderer" gets a "fair trial" ... and look at what he has had to deal with ! I don't blame Judge Perry for being fed up ...

I hope the Judge moves this trial right along and if the DT don't like it - well TOO BAD JB and crew ! :boohoo::boohoo::boohoo:

I got a 93%, missed one question. I guess my friends are right, I'm obssessed. Actually, I guessed on 3 of them, but guessed correctly.
I missed one.. the price of her christmas dinner... wow it must have tasted really bad for 82 cents!

Has CM even opened his mouth today? I am half listening, and peeking in, but haven't caught his ... drawl... so far.

It has seemed to me that they deploy JB/CM depending on the particular juror being questioned .... and I'm just going to leave it at that:innocent:

I think he said gristmill

A gristmill or grist mill is a building in which grain is ground into flour, or the grinding mechanism itself. In many countries these are referred to as corn mills or flour mills.

I have been good so far.......salads for lunch. I'm making a big ol' pot of chicken and dumplins' for JB's opening statement though, either that or a box o' wine to sit between my feet and a really long straw.

WOW !! What a visual image thay presents.. LOL :floorlaugh::floorlaugh:

Sorry for my slip of the tongue in my rant !! I do recognize that the defense has nothing to prove per se, but they do have a legal obligation to defend their client to the best of their ability .. I guess my point was, IF your client is as innocent as you say she is, if you have a "bombshell" that will provide the reasoning behind what she did and why she did it, then STOP abusing the system and let's get down to business. This is a VERY expensive game they are playing with my hard earned dollars, as well as many others here I'm sure. I have a child in the public school system here in Florida who is losing courses and activities left and right. I have 2 siblings in LE in Orlando (who, by the way are VERY good friends with the lead investigators on this case - and VERY tightmouthed too - darn!!) watching their budget get cut left and right and it just frankly makes me ill to watch. Again, NO jury is ever going to be perfect and that's what I meant about standing on the strengths of your case, be it prosecution or defense. Yes, I definitely believe you have a right to exclude those who are obviously not good potential jurors, but to play such games is just plain wrong.

This was funny :)

Where is Casey attorney Jose Baez's Kissimmee office located?

C. In a room in the back of his house
