I have thought that she probably slept with more than one person during the particular period - look at her history - she slept with Ricardo, Tony, and Rusciano all within a fairly close space (Tony and Ricardo on basically subsequent nights....) I think she has some basic idea - but cannot narrow it down - not that there were tons of guys - I'd guess 3 minus 1 for Jesse - whom she knew was out of the running, but was slightly plausible. I'd actually guess...nah. Won't go there

If Caylee's dad is a felon, Florida LE would have his DNA on file. Just a guess, but maybe they ran Caylee's DNA through their database looking for a partial match and found him ---again just a guess. But LE is under no obligation to tell the guy.

That could be true. However, I took it to mean something in more general terms, as they know "who the person is" really means "we have the person's DNA" ( so that they could test it with someone else's at a future date, should he come out of the woodwork miraculously ). You just never know with the way things in this case have been stated so vaguely and left open to misinterpretation....kwim?

There is such a thing as too much information before a trial, in my opinion. As much as we here enjoy the fruits of the Sunshine Laws in Florida, I'm not sure they are such a great idea. When the media can get a hold of every single thing about a case and yammer on about it week after week, month after month, it is hard to avoid absorbing some of it. It is easy to say you will put all you have heard out of your mind while deliberating but I do not believe it can actually be done.

Sorry, but I believe that is a bunch of BS. If GA & CA knew who her father was, they would be after him like nobody's bidness! IMO of course~!

I can think of a few reasons they wouldn't go after him even if they DID know who he was. (Which I don't really think they do.)


A) They didn't want to share Caylee. She "belonged" to them.

Before Caylee died they likely would have preferred to not get child support, knowing if they got child support he would get visitation.

After Caylee died, they likely wouldn't have wanted to risk the father trying to claim the body.


B) They may have been ashamed of who the father was.

If they found out yet didn't want anyone to know who he was. If they were ashamed of who the father was. (Before or after Caylee died.)

Even if she has no idea ... there is a man's parents out there that may know that their son dated Casey. Looking at Caylee, she is not the living image of her mum, so she looks similar to someone as a toddler .. I just can't help but think there are some parents out there wondering if they too are grandparents.

She probably doesn't know. Never has but all I'm saying is I do believe LE knows. How or why, I do not know. Perhaps it was to rule out some more of Casey's lies. That's the one thing she seems to have been very good at........"lying". Such a shame she couldn't have applied that much energy into her life as a positive.

I think she does but for some reason she DARED not tell CA who it was.
Dr Michael Baden stated on Fox that LE knew the identity, from DNA testing, but it hadn't been released to the public. That was right after Caylee's remains were found.

I heard something like that, too, way, way back.

I'm hoping the father secretly went to police (along with hundreds of other prospects, aka Casey's men) saying he was with her around that time and suspecting the child could have been his even though ICA swore to the contrary. I'm hoping they kept it secret for the trial and Caylee's father is able to make a victim's statement.

I hope Caylee's father attends the trial and sits behind the state attorneys, and ICA has a fit.

Really? Jesse is not the father. Bless his heart, he was so ready to be a dad and accept the responsibility. Even when he knew he wasnt. Gotta respect that.

JC says the juror looked straight at Casey while she was crying and saw that casey was blank and taking notes..

WOW---she showed Casey leaving the courtroom and throw her hands up at Baez, glaring at him, and the guard steps between and pushes Casey ahead. WOW [ I want to watch it again, anyone know when this was today? at lunch or end of the day?

This clearly shows ICA's "arrogance" ! ICA hates the fact that she has to be escorted in and out of the courtoom by deputies, so she tries to "hightail it out of there" and walks so fast ahead of the deputy ...

Just "unbelievable" ... The deputies are doing a "great job" keeping ICA in line.

Yes, it can be done. Been there done that. But it is very HARD.

I kept watching every time the throwing up of hands was mentioned, but couldn't see it as dramatically as described. It just looked to me like she kind of motioned with one hand then walked off looking slightly angry. Nancy thinks Baez and Casey are arguing, but if she's a true psychopath like some guests claim then she could just be treating him the way she treated and abused her parents. Making excuses, creating guilt, casting blame, throwing a hissy fit to create a distraction, etc. Baez is probably getting tough and real on her now and is not falling for the act. Also, Casey could feel as if the need for him has run it's course and is casting him aside (in her own mind) to focus on the other more death penalty experienced attorneys. She may feel that they will be of most help to her now. Then again, maybe it is all a ploy, an act cooked up to help with appeals or claims of attorney incompetence later on.
