It's when she's passing in front of JB and she appears to make a remark (snide?) to him. She turned back toward, lifting her arms slightly, and the guard signaled her to keep moving as she went between the Inmate and the Attorney.

Caylee's voice is not being heard in this Jury Selection, when will it be heard?

It WILL be heard at trial! No doubt about it. She will have a face... a voice... and she will make her presense known. We got that the first day of jury selection when the lights flickered and I believe that was Caylee letting us know she was there.

IMO, this isn't the time to bring up Caylee. This is just jury selection. Bringing up much about Caylee could be seen as tainting the jury pool. JMO

There will be a lot about Caylee in the actual trial. I'm sure the prosecution will be using a lot of pictures of her. JMO

this is a bit disingenuous on Lichtenstein's part I would say - he's been the (one of the) man behind the curtain for a very long time now.... He's not exactly disinterested and doesn't have pristine record himself...

We've been in jury selection all day long in the trial of KC (review of Caylee's details)

out to Eleanor Odam: NG asks you have tried DP cases how long does it take to get a jury?

EO: you want to make sure your jurors can consider all sentencing options.

NG: what do you take of the fights between KC and JB?

EO: the jury will see that.

NG: State seems well put together and we are heading into opening statements.

Also NG and her assistant ?name were in court, discussing it on her show tonight as if she observed her crying. Plus you can hear it in the lady's voice, it cracks as she mentions duct tape across her (Caylee) mouth

Pros first then Baez. Statistics what about women on FL death row. (showing graphics? not sure can't see tv). A lot more men than women. There are only 2 women on death row, both in 20's. Discussing the cases (what the convicted women did). NG says okay just the type you want to take home to mom.

Robin L.: death row accom. I'm not 100% sure but I think that KC will be kept away from other prisoners. No cell mates on death row. No air conditioning on Death row. No cable TV. Allowed radio and 13 in TV. Allowed to shower every other day. At Lowell? Correctional facility.

ETA: KC will be kept away from prisoners sorry 'bout that.
