Every one is getting all anxious with 14 potential jurors. "It ain't over till it's over" I think unfortunately this will go on for a while more. I do wish it would proceed so that we could get to the real story, what really happened. JMO

I agree. I refuse to get excited until the swearing in actually starts.

I got the impression from HHJP that he doesn't like doing the group hardship phase in a DP case because of the "virus in a plane" reaction by the potential jurors. There really are only so many people in this county, and it really is A LOT to ask of a citizen to take time away from his/her family, work, life to make one of the most difficult decisions the law asks of you. I think he wanted the jurors to get a sense of that and the best way to do it would be in the court environment individually. IMO.

I know the one jury duty I was called for that's what they did and it was a criminal case. The judge asked all present if they had any hardship and then they formed a line and had to tell the judge their hardship and then a determination was made right there between the PJ, the judge and the two councils.

zoey, trust me. Cream of wheat is lobster compared to grits. They are just nasty, and I am a southerner. Before you say, try them this way, try them that way? I have tried them EVERY way and they are just nasty lol. And cream of wheat? Yuck.

Hubby tried to get me to eat cream of wheat during morning sickness....can you say NO......I think grits are either you like them or you don't....now fried green tomatos......ya got me!!!!

This past summer finally got to GA and tried that chicken place fila chicken (?) sorry about the spelling...but yummmmmmmm
