Why? I do not understand the GALL of LKB! She QUIT and has no right to spout out off the mouth that there is no forensic evidence! If she really thought there was no forensic evidence, she would not have quit! She took the case pro bono and knew she would not be paid and up and quit when Casey was declared indigent? I just don't understand it!

Yes, if you're organized. This should have been an ongoing project for at least 4-5 weeks. Probably more since there are so many potential witnesses.

But JSR - I am not a legal person, but wouldn't a person have automatically organized/categorized them in sections - first month, charges laid, jail visitations - is Baez and Mason saying they are just stuffed somewhere in a big heap? They know this trial is coming...

Why wouldn't the defense team have a dossier on each potential witness? They told the court that their witness list would include the Prosecutor's witness list. What's Jeremy Lyons been doing?
