While I think this man sounds fair and balanced, I am afraid it is the State that will not want him. A defense attorney as a friend could create a bias toward the defense, in the States checks and balances. IDK. I hope not, so far he sounds great.

I thought conservative as well with the FOX news statement - but he was a labor relations rep for the postal service (I don't know which side he was on) - so that's a very interesting "balance". And as a teacher, I strongly suspect that he is a member of a union

and this is where they will fail - supposedly ICA is an innocent, adoring mother who lost a child and was so devastated that she's been a sociopath ever since. the DT should be humanizing and honouring caylee all the way through, because this adoring innocent mother should have NO problem with that, right?

Its like the DT needs to pick a defense and stick with it. Just throwing something against a wall and seeing if it will stick is not the way to go. But on the other hand, they also have to go into this trial preparing for the penalty phase and so have to keep all options open. JMO
