Judge reading to PJ, getting it on record that is is unqualified for duty

  • #63
Thank you and bye-bye.

  • #64
jeez... not a platform for political change... NEXT

  • #65
PJ would automatically vote against the DP because he morally doesn't believe in it. Religious reasons and believes that the State of Florida has mis-applied it for many years.

  • #66
State of Florida has misapplied the DP, he has advocated back in the 70's about the state imposing the DP...HE IS SO GONE

  • #67
Next juror please.....

  • #68
OK let this fellow go, let's save time.

  • #69
Get rid of him stat!

  • #70
Guy has very sound reasons for opposing. Just let him go.

  • #71
Good for him...he has a stand and is not afraid to put it to action!! got to respect that!!

  • #72
This juror is against the State of Florida reckless use of the death penalty....he has to go!!!!

  • #73
Buh Bye! NEEEEEXT!

  • #74
I've heard enough from this guy.... bye bye

  • #75
I don't know why the judge continues questioning when the PJ has made their position clear. That would be a huge time saver.

  • #76
HHJB just said anyone who makes facial or any gesture during testimony will be ejected w/o warning. CA better listen to that.

Ugh! No sound! Did he just say this out of the blue?

  • #77
Small sigh from the Judge

This pot. juror has problems with Capital cases in general . . . he has a strong moral disposition against the state putting the people to death . . . offended that they do it in his name (ie: the State of FL). Death Penalty stage II question . . . he really doesn't morally believe in DP. Religious objection . . . he protested against Bob Graham in 1979 against the DP . . . 3 instances when people were within minutes of death and found to be innocent. He is not sure if he could find KC guilty if DP could be imposed. . . no questions from either side . . . State wants him out . . . DT wants him in . . . Excused for cause . . .
