Darn, I was on phone and didn't hear. He was telescoping to him about the movie where one man changed all 11 others from guilty to not guilty (or vice versa, can't recall)

Lisabeth Fryer is a BAD influence on KC.

They are too close in age and are acting like "slumber party" besties.

The only one with an invite to the "slumber party" is KC, and it is NOT the fun kind.

Lisabeth needs to mainatin professional distance.

I can't remember any other defendant having this much fun at a murder trial...........if you didn't know better you would think she is a judge on American idol.

Hi, while we are waiting could someone give me a definition of a "stealth juror"? I see the term used occasionally and to most here it is probably elementary but I'm wondering how that could happen. Will probably look it up but if someone would like to step in here a minute and give me a basic working definition I would appreciate it. TIA

In my understanding, stealth juror refers to someone who wants to be on the jury because they have a hidden agenda- such as wanting to write a book in the future, or just for the bragging right being involved in the case will give them. Even because they have strong feelings for or against the death penalty, and will work to sway the other jurors to their same thinking, regardless of the evidence.

Stealth jurors will often be less than truthful in their answers, in hopes of being picked to be on the jury.

PJ has heard of the case: Looked it up on Bay News 9 when she got a jury duty summons. They had a timeline, which said basically there were "gaps" - such as between when the child went missing and reported as missing. Very basic items and there was another person of interest at some point. Did not hear about it prior because she was out of the country. Her mother told her about the case before her jury duty: a little girl went missing, remains were found, they suspected the mother, it is a horrible case. Mother has no opinion, didn't share an opinion with her. Recalls nothing else.
