They are saying in twitter that about 20 people just came in and the courtroom is filling up. I think everyone is expecting the jury to be sworn today

I can only hope that happens.

Was a yacht stewardess. Boat left for Canada in June of 2008. Did not return to FL til Jan 2009. Not too much chance for television watching. Has been in and out of Florida - up to the northeast and over to the Mediterranean. Back in states/FL since October 2010. Hasn't heard anything really about the case. Her mom mentioned the name of the case/trial was the first time she'd heard it on Monday prior to jury duty.

there are some instructions in place that they are not to sit behind defense so they can't read their computers and stuff.

Update:

17 jurors on deck, even with back strikes (1 DT, 3 SA) We have 12 to swear.

2 men dismissed this morning for cause ( didn't believe in the DP), 1 male retained ( US Gov teacher), 1 female up now.
