I am a pretty unbiased person, you have to have facts and unless you are there you don't know.

JB: it seems that you are reading all these things with an open mind, in your heart of hearts that you would not consider this stuff you read as you consider the evidence in this case?

there were no assumptions so I did not have any.

JB: can you act if you never even saw it, not act but proceed and view the evidence...

yes, you can't not remember the things you have seen. as far as conclusions, I don't know. I was trying to get info.

JB: we don't blame you for the curiosity factor, if you can't block (Jose is stalling, omg)are you sure that won't play a role in your decision? Because I know I can't block it out or I just don't know. I don't want to put words in your mouth.

JB: can you say 100% that will not influence you. (why can't Jose know what questions to ask at this point? )

She did. She researched the case HER MOTHER MENTIONED that may be the one she's being called for. She had no idea and could not have had any idea that the case she was being summonsed (sp?) for was the KC Anthony case.
