HHJP "considering her disability" but weighed against the potential results of her actions - Found in contempt of court, judged to be guilty, sentenced to two days in the Pinellas County Jail.

Otherwise he'd have sentenced her to over 170 (?) days.

Wow. Again.

HHJP: Ma'am state you name for the record Ann Rodgers. Miss Rodgers can you shows cause to this court why you should not be held in contempt. The court was in jury selection in the case of the state of fl vs Casey anthony. You went audience and shouted" she killed someone anyway." Can you give me reason why you are not in contempt?

I am mentally challenged I have never been in a court room, I did not know I would yell out I have three year old son, ( oh she is making me so sad for her...she didn't mean it I think)

I would have never...I apologize to everybody I will never do again I would swear on my life. ADHD, Bi polar, have a dr. time to take my meds, since I was 14 thorizine...had meds at 6 this morning. I chose to get help...

HHJP: not to avenge any personal affronts....any act which is caluclated to embarass or claculated is contempt.

I am very sorry.

HHJP: we have been here going on two weeks, as a result of your outburst the defense ask that a juror be called for cause. you have indicated you took your meds at six and you said you were here on business in another court room

for my...for domestic...because I never been here and I wanted to see what it would look like, I knew what case but I shouldn't have said anything. I am very sorry please don't punish me, I will never set foot in another court room I am so so sorry.

HHJP: ma'am is there anything you can tell me why you should not be held in contempt?

Because I made a mistake and I am not a bad person.

HHJP: do you work ma'am?

ASPCA, I go to the methodone clinic everyday.

HHJP: days in jail, considering your disability...that I am about to lose a juror because of your actions...your meds were taken at six. I judge you as guilty and sentence you to two days in Pennallas co jail. Appeal within 30 days, if you cannot afford an attorney one will be appointed to you. Would you raise your right hand? Are you employed?

I volenteer.

HHJP: income?

social security

HHJP: any realestate?

no

HHJP: any property over 2500?

office of the public defender to represent you I will ask that the court depties notify them of this ladys situation. Into custody and I will excute that order. You are remanded to the sherrif of penallas co.

Judge Perry amazes me. He really is an amazing person and Judge.

I always got the feeling Judge Perry while tough as nails but also understanding.

The judge needs to do something to deter other people from doing the same thing.

I hate that she pulled the mental card. I'm sure she regrets what she did, but I do believe she could have controlled her outburst if she wanted to.
