I will be LIVID If HHJP is not as hard on CA and GA as he has been on this crazy lady

  • #1,282
Emotionally hard for her to be gone for 2 months.

i don't get the american legal system when a juror who says she doesn't even know what a disrupter in a court has said needs to be excused.

in the words of henry lee

"sumethin wong"

Yes HHJP is totally pizzed. That woman shook up the whold court room and all of us watching.

But it sure didn't seem to shake ICA up.

well....back to normal.

HOLY Carp HHJB is beyond pizzed!!!!!!!!!!! He just slammed his hand down!!!

I saw that and I don't blame him! That lady was well on her way to being chosen as a PJ. I have never seen JP show that much emotion, I expected to see steam coming from his ears!

I don't feel sorry for this woman! She just forced a juror to be removed from this trial. I am so mad... she took her medication... she has a SON! She knew what she was doing when she went in there. I'm sorry, I am so mad!

I'm right there with you! :maddening::maddening:

She sounds like lindsey lohan

  • #1,292
Don't they screen people who go into the court?

  • #1,293
KC to Self: "OMG........this Judge isn't kidding around........can you imagine what he's going to give me???????" :twocents:

Part of me was thinking that ICA was thinking "so this is how crazy looks - I'd better start doing sum of dat"

Wooh, it's going to a be a heavy cocktail lunch in the sidebar for sure today!

Wow.. That was hard to watch. I have to admit I felt badly for the woman and got teary eyed watching her... She's obviously mentally ill. HHJP was fair (and kind) to her, given the circumstances. I'm seriously concerned that this woman has a 3 year old child.

I'm curious as to who the man in black works for. Padilla, you aren't back there are you?

First thing I said, Its a maybe a ploy by the DF....But it was probably their PI dirting up the Jury pool, back to their ole tricks!
They need to get that guy away from the court house hallway...lol

HOW in the world can the DT sit there looking at this woman when they are saying KC has some of the SAME issues AND the prisoner has NEVER EVER behaved such as this woman.
She's trying to do what's right...taking methadone....volunteering her time....she ALSO said she was needing her dose of meds NOW, as well.
So sorry...but I, too, have some of the same mental issues she has....she's taking a bunch of heavy duty meds

IMO...that wacko guy the other day...the one with the ATTITUDE, deserved jail time and this woman should have gotten the fine.

I'll be ducking the shoes....LOL

This is a 7 ring circus... you couldnt make this stuff up. Hopefully once trial is underway there will be no random people in the courtroom.

Dang
