I don't feel sorry for this woman! She just forced a juror to be removed from this trial. I am so mad... she took her medication... she has a SON! She knew what she was doing when she went in there. I'm sorry, I am so mad!

I think she was a defense team plant. I can hear it now. Come in, sit there, when I raise my hand you jump up, nothing will ever happen to you, hehe (with that annoying throat sound he makes) and we'll give you $50.. Sure. I can see that very easily.

I am surprised they didn't go look for the man in black suit.

And why wasn't this jurror put in a seperate area?

for the record......there is one court LE who wears all black. I see him all the time. He is LE. I will see if I can FInd his picture.

Likely the only conversation he had with PJ was explaining why she had to be rushed from the courtroom. He likely only engaged in small chit chat to keep her relaxed and not overanalyze what had just happened. BUT...because the PJ herself used the term "engaged in conversation"....HHJP KNEW that CM would stand up and say she was tainted....it could be an issue on appeal.

HHJP is so fast and astute that he can predict a trajectory before the object is even selected. His wheels spin faster than any of us can imagine. His "outburst" is likely the culmination of his entire anticipatory thought process.

i don't get the american legal system when a juror who says she doesn't even know what a disrupter in a court has said needs to be excused.

She was so angry. She even said something under her breath.
