This lady is saying she is not one to judge people.

Juror 4046 stated a "man in black" from Texas. Media, spectator????
No patty she said a man in black, then said she believed he was a detective had approached her and now she didn't know what the woman yelled out.

for the record......there is one court LE who wear all black. I see him all the time. He is LE.

Likely the only conversation he had with PJ was explaining why she had to be rushed from the courtroom. He likely only engaged in small chit chat to keep her relaxed and not overanalyse what had just happened. BUT...becasue the PJ herself used the term "engaged in conversation"....HHJP KNEW that CM would stand up and say she was tained....it could be an issue on appeal.

HHJP is so fast and astute that he can predict a trajectory before the object is even selected. His wheels spin faster than any of us can imagine. His "outburst" is likely the culmination of his entire anticipatory thought process.

thanks i didnt get it at all. makes sense, sort of, since we are so concerned with the allegedly innocent ica

PJ "I'm not one to judge people." I'm sorry, but I just don't believe it when people say that, judgement is human nature.

omg Nancy Grace's team just tweeted that Judge Perry "slammed down his gavel"

they are so far from the truth it's just laughable at this point. JEEZ.

We are going to have to work really hard during this to not let the circus take us off in tangents with issues the "side show" presents.

  • #1,330
I am surprised they didn't go look for the man in black suit.

And why wasn't this jurror put in a seperate area?

I wondered why she was just told to leave the courtroom too.

I had to step away for a few, and my adrenaline is still pumping..how can the judge just calm down so fast?
Pretty amazing, huh?:rocker:

IMO she was faking it. Sorry if my opinion offends you.

Please everyone, let's not judge a person until we've walked a mile in their shoes. :(

i don't get the american legal system when a juror who says she doesn't even know what a disrupter in a court has said needs to be excused.

in the words of henry lee

"sumethin wong"

She wasn't just dismissed for this, she was dismissed because she was engaged in conversation by a gentlemen in black. And that could cause a mistrial or problems down the road!

NANCY GRACE????? Poor Judge Perry. NOTHING is working out today.

  • #1,336
I'm hoping you are being sarcastic here! Because if your not, I take great offense to this!

Yes I was being sarcastic. People seem to think this woman's condition is worthy of ridicule and humor - but evidently some think she was faking.

she's gone, watches NG...she comes across like she is trying very hard to be on the jury.

Dang, I need a drink in RL, and I can't have one because I'm at work! That was almost too much excitement for me!

  • #1,339
That was quite painful to watch this woman.

I'm totally lost, can someone tell me what number we're on???
