OMG! Came into Websleuths tonight to try and catch up from a day of preparing for my son's graduation in the morning and low and behold, Kimster gave to me the best laugh ever! Oh how I needed it tonight after realizing my baby is just not a baby anymore

I agree with Nancy in saying that throwing a sexual abuse claim down is like a stink bomb in the courtroom. Imo, it has nothing to do with Caylee's murder, even it were true.

You know I am a vicitim of a violent crime survivor (rape/stalked for yrs by the same person rape was in 1993 and he was STILL trying to find me as late as 2008!) I didn't know him from Adam and d/t I wouldn't plea bargain with him it ended up a hung jury d/t alot of police and prosecutor screw ups) HOWEVER I would NEVER EVER harm my son.......I love him with all of my heart and would do and will do EVERYTHING legally possible to protect him and my family from ANY harm! To claim it was d/t being raped regardless if a stranger or a family/friend is absolutely LUDICROUS! IF that were even remotely true.....no one would allow the very people that allegedly covered it up around their son!

Give it a rest and rot in h ica!

ITA - I commend you for confronting your friend. But I grew up with a mother that is ICA to a tee!!!! While I confronted her over and over and over and over - it never worked. It didn't help that I was a child (for a time) either. As I became an adult - it got harder and harder to even just be around her. I wasn't faulting any of her friends for not trying. I truly understand why. You were spot on in your description. ICA will never "get it" and IMHO I believe it is too late for her to even try. She is like she is and Katie Bar the Door for anyone that gets in her way - but she'll never see how silly she really looks.

Every day of the jury selection, I have been STUNNED by how she pretends to be taking notes! This woman hasn't worked a day of her life and she's there looking like a paralegal. Remember Ryan's interview when we found out that she had NEVER worked at Sports Authority? ARARAR.

Once the jury begins to hear the evidence, she might want to change her theatrics just a tad...But how? Maybe then, they'll encourage her into poking her eyes again.

I don't think ICA will dare testify. I noticed that when there is one potential Juror she is relatively fine and makes her notes. However when there is a larger group being briefed by the Judge she gets edgy and nervous with all the eyes on her judging her. She does not do well in groups. I noticed the same when HHJBP was swearing in the Jury. She was very nervous so it was not just about the charges being read. JB was even edgy and self conscious when the Jury was sworn in. Reality is setting in, the enormity.

I am sure ICA can take the Jurors on one-on-one and feed them her lies but not as a group. Remember she was divide and conquer and manipulated on a one-on-one level keeping folks separate and disorientated. ICA will not testify.

Yes, he broke down when he had no more room to maneuver but that wasn't going to change who he was, I just had to hear it from his own lips about the lying and I wanted him to know that I know it was all bs. I walked away in the end because he was sucking the life out of me - That's the only way you can deal with a sociopath - you leave and get as far away from them as possible.

Just checked Orange County Jail - she doesn't show up there yet . ..

I think for security reasons she won't show up on the OC listing until she is already there - they did that bringing her out for the trial. Posters kept checking all day and the post came up on Monday morning saying she had been transported on Saturday.

LOL - it's not like she's on vaca and posting Facebook updates...:great: Oh Look - approaching Home Sweet Home - just 10 clicks to go....

You've made some very astute observations, cyberborg which go along with Borderline "splitting". One day, Casey seems to be happy with the way that the trial is progressing and feels that everyone is on her side. Next day, Casey seems angry with her counsel that things might not be going according to her plan. Casey was delighted with the prospect of certain jurors being on her "team", while she showed total disdain for others who were selected for the panel who will judge her fate. Each day of Casey's trial is likely to progress like this: Some days, she will be on top of the world and feel that her defense team is doing everything right, while on other days she is likely to despise them. This is typical behavior for Casey, but I'm not so sure that Jose Baez and Company are completely in tune with it. jmo

From her enthusiastic comments tonight, about how important it will be to put Roy K. on the stand, and how suspicious it is that he went back there, it sounds like she is advising the DT to try that strategy.


" And he even urinated back there...that tells you about him." Seriously? Don't most men find a secluded place to do that if need be? If it was secluded enough to hide a body for 6 months then I guess he felt it secluded enough to take a leak.
