I fully understand the reason for the criticism upstream in this thread, where people call NG out for saying ' the attack' on ICA, and for exaggerating everything the way she does.

But I am going to step up for her, and say I understand why she does that. You all may notice that she is the ONLY regular 5 day a week prime time show devoted to crime victims, missing people, and prosecuting criminals. And I think that if she did not stoop to the level that she has to sometimes, coining terms like TOT MOM, saying BOMBSHELL TONIGHT, repetitiously, she would probably not still be on the air. Even the terse back and forth with her guests is kind of an act. " PUT HIM UP." It is theatre.

So I am going to overlook some of the rotten journalistic tricks and focus more on what she does do well. And her little speech to Baez tonight was AMAZING. imoo

Poor HHJBP! I felt his frustration!! Good grief!!

What I liked this week is we got a good taste of what he will be like at trial from now on - almost frightening when he is angry.....I'm just glad I'm on this side of the computer and the law....

I think this is the genesis of the rift between KC and JB. JB, IIRC, while talking to a potential juror asked them what they would think if the defendant didn't take the stand. Not letting KC take the stand would be the smartest thing JB could do. JMO

If KC takes the stand she'll be ripped apart by the prosecution. She thinks she can lie her way out of anything. If she does end up taking the stand they may as well strap her to the gurney and administer the lethal injection right then. JMO

Did anyone see the attorney panel on Jane V-Mitchell right before NG ?

Some female defense attorney, who JVM says is 'close' with the defense, went on and on about Roy K. and how suspicious he is, and how he might just be the defense bombshell. Oh Lordy. Please let that be their big jaw dropping defense strategy. If they are going to go dust that old SODDI off and try and sell it again--they must really be DESPERATE.:liar:
