JA: taking us to 2008. Tell us how Caylee had developed. How advanced was she.

GA: Very vocal child. Put a lot of words together. Remote on the tv, could change channel and put her own DVD's in. Could go in pantry and get peanut butter and get spoon and ask you to open it up. Crayons she would bring to color everyday. Playdoh, you name it she could do everything. I knew she was very bright, you sang a song once and she could sing it again.

JA: she could open drawers and open doors?

GA: there was nothing she could not accomplish, open doors...

JA: did you believe your daughter was employed?

GA: yes and no. I always want to give my daughter the benifit of the doubt but at different times I would question her money and how she was providing for Caylee.

JA: What was it she told you about her employment?

GA: event planner at Universal but also worked part time at sports authority.

JA: as far as Universal studios job did you believe she was working there may june 2008.

GA: I wanted to believe she did, she would talk to me are you going to work, yeah I got something planned at work. yeah, I was believing. early evening wouldn't come home till eight at night. it varied working with event planning she explained to us it could very.

JA: may and june of 2008 was Cindy working, what was her schedule?

GA: five to six in the evening

JA: you?

GA: three to 11, security

JA: the same mon thru fri as Cindy?

GA: no satudays

JA: during this time you believed Casey was at work and you were at work did she indicate who was watching Caylee?

GA: a name came up, Zanny the name came out later Zenaida she was taking care of Caylee.

JA: she was a babysitter when you and Cindy were not available.

GA: yes

I disagree that it's creepy GA was in the delivery room. Maybe it's not your cup of tea or mine but I have birthed at midwife centers where moms have their WHOLE FAMILY there. No big deal, IMO

Thanks you! I had my whole family in there when DS#1 and DS#2 were born...for DS#2 I also had my MIL and FIL in the room. DS#3 was just me and DH since it was middle of the night

George has most DEFINITELY worked with Ashton prior to this trial starting.

His testimony right now is almost identical word for word of an LE interview or deposition I have read....almost IDENTICAL....

That's what I think! Just like when LDB had LA on the stand and it seemed like they had worked together!

George does not present well as a credible witness. To me, these are not normal reactions to hearing about the advanced pregnancy of his unmarried daughter and other reactions to the circumstances he describes. He is trying to paint a nice picture instead of testifying about his honest reactions.

Themis...as a State witness, he's been prepped for his testimony, correct? TIA

BBM the sexual abuse claims are ALLEGED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's being alleged by a known and proven thief and habitual liar. I'm not saying it didn't happen I just think we need to take ANY claim made by ICA with a grain of salt. Actually a truck load of salt.

My father was in the delivery I had with my first. I was a teen single Mom. I didn't ask for him to be in there but when it was time for the room to clear out my Mom told him to stay and he stood up by my shoulders (couldn't see anything naughty) and witnessed the birth. It is a bonding moment for my daughter and Dad that has stretched through for 18 years now and is very special. I was so involved in the delivery, I didn't even notice it. My daughter's birth is the only one he witnessed (didn't see his own children born.)

Nothing naughty about it hun - the birth of a child is beautiful thing and I think you're stories precious.
