It doesn't matter what kind of evidence, proof or documentation is "out there." The ONLY thing that matters now is what is presented in court and any ambiguity from a witness needs to be cleared up right then and there. They can't depend on a right to recall later to clear something like this up and may be stuck with the answer. That's why it is important.

GA . . . Yes I believed kc was working, I never saw a paycheck, she had a direct deposit, spent paycheck on necessities for her daughter, gas for her car and insurance for her car. When did you ask to meet the nanny? I never did. Nanny never called house that GA ever knew, never saw kc speak to nanny on phone, no photos or nanny, no info or descriptions of the nanny. Just what kc told us . . .
